Scope
This notice applies to florianorighetti.ch and all its subpages. It does not apply to third-party sites reachable through links on this site.
Categories of data processed
We only process data strictly required to operate the site and provide the requested services:
- Technical server logs (IP address, user agent, requested page, date/time, HTTP status), generated automatically by our hosting provider for security and diagnostics.
- Strictly technical session and security (CSRF) cookies. Details on the Cookies page.
- Contact data you voluntarily share with us by email (email address, message content).
- Text input submitted to public tools (e.g. SlugForge). This data is processed only to generate the requested output, and is not profiled or stored.
Purposes of processing
We process data to: operate and maintain the site, ensure its security, prevent abuse (rate limiting, bot blocking), respond to contact requests, and meet legal obligations.
Legal basis
Processing is based on our overriding legitimate interest in the secure operation of the site (art. 31 para. 2 lit. a–d nFADP), on pre-contractual measures when you contact us, and on the fulfilment of legal obligations (art. 31 para. 1 nFADP).
Retention
Server logs are retained only for as long as necessary for security purposes (typically up to 30 days). Emails are retained for as long as needed to handle your request and, afterwards, for any legally required period.

- Infomaniak Network SA (hosting provider, CH) — server log processing and storage.
International transfers
Hosting infrastructure is located in Switzerland. All fonts used on the site are self-hosted: no third-party requests are made to load them.

- Right to erasure of data no longer needed.
- Right to request restriction of processing.
